SwipeClean — Photo Cleaner

By downloading, installing, or using SwipeClean ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SwipeClean is a photo management utility that helps you identify and remove unwanted photos (blurry, duplicates, screenshots, heavy files) from your iOS device. All processing is done locally on your device.
Tout Doux Le Loup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
The App offers a free tier (limited to 50 photos per scan session) and a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited use. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Important: When you confirm deletion of photos through SwipeClean, the photos are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album where they remain for 30 days before permanent deletion (standard iOS behavior). Tout Doux Le Loup is not responsible for any unintended photo deletion. Always review your selections carefully before confirming.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Photo analysis (blur detection, duplicate detection) uses heuristic algorithms that may produce false positives or false negatives. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the detection.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tout Doux Le Loup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of photos, data, or profits arising from your use of the App.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Tout Doux Le Loup and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, France.
